Scotland Wellness Journey 2024 - Deposit

Join me for a wellness tour of the beautiful country of Scotland for 10 magical days and 9 nights. We will explore this beautiful country and learn of its rich history, eat delicious foods, and practice yoga to keep us healthy as we age. Enjoy a sensory experience of sights, sounds, aromas, tastes, and sensations to calm the body, mind, and soul which will stimulate the zone of healing, repairing, and restoring in your body. When we are in this zone the aging process is slowed down and/or even reversed.

Days 1 - 3: Edinburgh

Days 4 - 6: Oban

Days 7 - 8: Inverness

Day 9: Return to Edinburgh

Day 10: Departure Day

Daily Activities

7:30am-8:30am: Yoga Practice

8:30am-9:30am: Breakfast

10:00am: Daily tour activities, including, but not limited to:

Walking tours of historical sights in Edinburgh, Oban, Mull, Iona, and Inverness.
Castle tours including: Edinburgh, Inverary, Dunstaffnage, Dunollie, Urquhart, and Stirling
Visits to Conan’s Kirk, Falls of Falloch, Iona Abbey, Puffin (weather permitting), Glencoe, Fort Augustus, Culloden Battlefield, and Clava Cairns
Ferries to Mull and Iona with breathtaking views
Whisky distillery tour and tasting
Farewell dinner Scottish music evening

I am a Yoga Therapist and Health Coach and I will share what I have learned as a world traveler on our beautiful adventure of sightseeing and yoga including physical poses (asana), breath work, and meditation.

My parents are from Scotland and I have both lived there and taken countless trips to many parts of the country. As I travel the world, I realize the importance of a strong body and mind for the challenges that may arise so I work on my lifestyle and habits to stay fit for travel.

As I travel the world I learn how other cultures calm their minds, improve their health, and age gracefully through their rituals, habits, and routines and I can’t wait to share this world wisdom with you!
